Forgotten which Addon Need Help / NPC Health Bar Color Change if Bad Guy or Good Guy?

Being very lazy, I've added add-ons over time, when they get errors and the developer has moved on and they becomes discontinued or outdated, I'd just turn them off.

So,recently, I went through them all, turned most if not all, then slowly turned them back on as I noticed a function of feature I needed or like, but there is one I can't recall.

As far as I'm aware, the settings in the add'on's folder stay and don't reset, so turning something off and back on again wouldn't break it.

I'm sure i had one, that if the NPC I was targeting with the mouse was a bad NPC, it would make their name/health bar at the top, red, but if it was a good person or one that wouldn't attack me, it would be green by their name/health bar.

Or am I having that issue were I'm thinking I had it, and in fact, I never had the add-on and my brain it playing tricks on me?
