Desktop Version of Forums on Mobile is Using Multiple Formats

After reading particular threads in a section like General Discussion, the format of the page reverts from what I am used to on my iPad (with a teal green bar for the Dev Tracker, Categories, etc) and larger text to what I see when I log into my computer with a black line for those categories and a much smaller text. Each time I select a thread to view it switches to teal and then back to black when I return to the main discussion page.

Not sure what is going on.
