New collision and texture bugs

Did my first runthrough of the Covenant zone quest about 9 months ago during Cadwell's Almanac. Now playing through it again on a Covenant toon. There are a number of bugs with textures and, more offputtingly, with collisions. The collision issues seem to be more likely to be triggered by the starting dash of the Two Handed skill morph Stampede, but it's only a slight difference, like 60% with, 40% without.

Bugs that have really stuck out to me so far:
  • Visual only — The door on the Hinault Farm farmhouse in Rivenspire is gone. The architrave panels are still there, but the door itself is gone, leaving just the black panel behind it. Otherwise works as intended.
  • In the below-deck area on the Bjoulsae Queen in Bangkorai, moving toward the archway which separates the prow compartment from the central compartment is liable to end up with me suddenly flashing forward several feet (without activating Stampede) and lodging myself firmly in the middle of the wall model.
  • At the Old Tower Imperial camp in southern Bangkorai, running toward the named Imperial officers from a direction parallel to the road to the north seems to have a non-zero chance of the ground beneath my feet suddenly losing collision, plunging me down through the rockface alongside the road, landing at the bottom but inside the wall and thus unable to leave.

The last two are particularly important because they occurred in situations where there were enemies nearby. In both cases, I found I couldn't hit them and they could see me but not hit me. As a result, I couldn't get out by dying, but I also couldn't use /stuck because I was in combat. With the Bjoulsae Queen glitch in particular, I had to wait for another nice person to come along and kill the enemies so I could /stuck out.

There was a particularly memorable incident in Blackreach Cyrodiil a couple of weeks ago where all the Alliance War objects disappeared. I'm wondering if that's related to this somehow, like some sort of teething problems with an overall overhaul of the collisions engine. If there is some connection, fantastic — I love seeing the game I love get the maintenance it deserves — but also it would be nice if the ground beneath my feet were as solid as, well ... the ground beneath my feet.
