Can't see my guild in guild screen

A guild leader said she sent me invite to her guild but I did not receive it. I decided to apply to the guild but it says I'm already in the guild. I can see three guilds I'm in but not the fourth. Am I looking in the wrong place for guild invite or something? In ox is empty and no pending guild applications
