BG queue broken? 23 March early AM (PC/NA)

My friends and I (group of 4) queued for 8v8 group BG this morning, and then we went to IC and Cyro while we waited. We were literally in queue for two hours and it never popped. So either the queue is broken, or there is nobody playing BGs now.
