For those who did not lose all their files.
Go to C:\Program Files x86\ Zenimax Online and delete the Launcher file.
Then re-download the launcher from the ESO website.
Run it and let it verify the game files. It will verify then download a small patch, re-verify and then download another 40+meg file and verify once again. It will then complete.
Takes about 15 minutes.
