Surreptitiously Shadowed achievement bugged?

The last Choixth encounter doesn't seem to want to happen for me. The achievement looks like this atm.

She's right behind me in this screenshot.

Whenever I do encounter Choixth in Murkmire, this is the only available option to talk to her.

Idk if i have to go to a particular location or if it's bugged?

If your character is a member of the Dark Brotherhood, she will speak to you in a special way (as in your second picture), and these dialogues CAN'T advance “Surreptitiously Shadowed“.

One of the solutions is to talk to her in an alternative character who is not a member of the Dark Brotherhood.

This is clearly silly, because Dark Brotherhood came out *before* Murkmire (and before Choixth's previous appearance, in Summerset, as well), so there is a good chance of doing at least some or probably all of the DB long before ever meeting Choixth if you play in story order.

What I find interesting about this whole issue, aside from the fact that it still persists today, is that according to UESP, Choixth changes her dialogue based on whether you're a DB member or not, so something is majorly bugged with it.
