Toggle to switch between Crown Store/Seals of Endeavor/Daily is missing?

I don't have any addons affecting this UI. Only way to switch between crown crate store & seals of endeavor is to for instance f3 to crown crate area and press buy crown crate, or go to group finder endeavors screen and click that... But once in a mode stuck until I do one of those two things.
