Is the new dungeons DLC available on crown store?

I wanted to check out the new DLC on crown store, but cannot seem to find it.
According to patch notes these are released. Am I missing something, or it is missing from stores?

It will be after the DLC releases on consoles in a few weeks. ESO+ subscribers on PC can access the DLC right now

So I can not play new dungeons with my playmates who do not have eso plus. This made new content unavaiable to me even with eso plus active(

It is an old text still yes. Not sure they'll do that until they're full transitioned to their new model in the coming years whatever it might be

You can just interact with it with other people. Or encourage them to get ESO+. Or wait two weeks.
