One-bar PvP (Cyrodiil) Templar healer?

As title says: I'm looking for a one-bar templar healer mainly for cyrodiil play, that'll work both if I'm running around on my own, healing randoms and in a group. A fairly simple to play build that's not too hard to put together. I've been searching around for a while now but haven't really found any builds that're up to date; most stuff is a year or more older and I've no idea what sets and builds work as I haven't really done much healing in the past so any help would be nice.

My PvP main is a templar healer one-bar. It's quite good but not the best of course due to one bar limitation, especially without Siege Shield in Cyrodiil.
    Skills:
1-Radiant Glory: Of course you want the jesus beam on a templar. I prefer the heal of Radiant Glory over the tiny damage increase of the other morph. Excellent to pick low health enemies from a safe distance
2-Honor the Dead: Very high burst heal on 1 ally or yourself, restores a lot of magicka so you can spam it.
3-Echoing Vigor or Puncturing Sweep: AoE HoT for PvP fights or very good AoE damage and self heal ability for PvE purposes such as Ressource taking.
4-Aurora Javelin: Knockbacks and bypasses block and resistances, what more would you want ? Excellent tool ability to put some distance between you and enemy players in melee range or to launch enemies off bridges and walls.
5-Extended Ritual: Purges 5 effects from you, excellent when hit by enemy siege weapons. Also heals over a long time in a large area.
Ultimate:Practiced Incantation when you feel like healing, maybe Barrier if you want, otherwise use any of the damaging Ultimates like Meteor, Nova, Dawnbreaker or Crescent Sweep (last two mostly for BG)

    Sets:
    1-Oakensoul Ring: Of courese :)
2-Rallying Cry: Always. Restoration staff, Jewerly and Waist. Excellent PvP set
3-Gallant Chain/Trainee reinforced cuirass: One piece which makes you tankier.
4-Many sets: I ran Transmutation for the longest time because it's rarely used, but I also used Spell Power Cure, Mara's Balm, Jerall Mountains Warchief with a 3-piece set, Plaguebreak, etc... Now I use Wretched Vitality in heavy pieces. Find a set you like honestly.

This build is tanky enough to survive on your own but it really shines with allies around you. You aren't a damage dealing machine of course but you can kill more players than you would think if you're smart enough :)

Thanks for the reply! This all looks very sensible, and interesting. How does a set like Rallying Cry work if not grouped? Do you know if it still procs for allies around me?

It procs off critical heals, including self heals and non-grouped players, even NPCs I believe. Though only you and grouped allies get its bonuses.

Ah okay, I see. By the way, what do you have for attribute points, and slotted champion abilities?

You don't have to follow my build by the letter, like I say "always Rallying Cry" because I always play with it, I made the build myself over time, it's not the most efficient but I like playing it and it made my char level to rank 44 in Alliance War.
Anyway for attribute points I have 64 magicka.
    For Blue and Red CPs:
-Untamed Aggression, Enlivening Overflow, From the Brink and Cleansing Removal (I also use Fighting Finesse and Weapons Expert sometimes).
-Boundless Vitality, Fortified, Rejuvenation and Celerity (The basic very used red CPs eh). Slippery and Spirit Mastery are good too.
