Capturing Elder Scroll not counting while in "home" castle

So...
I had the quest "Capture the Elder Scroll of Altadoon".
Altadoon is a Yellow (AD) Scroll, and I am Blue (DC).
Thing is... Some while back, Altadoon had been captured, and stashed in Fort Dragonclaw (a home keep for the DC).
Dragonclaw was then captured by the Reds (EP). But they were unable to remove the Scroll from the castle, because they did not own either of their own Elder Scrolls, Chim and Ghartok.
They actually attempted to capture Chim (from Glademist), and got it halfway home, but lost it again, and we got it back.
I then took part in the DC party which recaptured Dragonclaw from the Reds - complete with the Yellow Elder Scroll of Altadoon still in residence.
I was NOT credited with completion of the quest to capture the Scroll of Altadoon!
