Anequina Dragon Killer

Does anyone know if there's some unstated extra requirement for this achievement, like contributing at least X% of damage? Because I've participated in taking down at least 4 dragons in N Elsweyr so far and it hasn't unlocked (XB-NA).

There's 3 versions depending on how many kills,it progresses.Killer(5),Stalker(25),then Hunter(50).Dufferent furnishing each time.Look at this page https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Online:Anequina_Dragon_Hunter .

I was referring to the XBox (presumably also steam & PS) achievement, which is to kill 1 dragon in Northern Elsweyr: https://www.trueachievements.com/a275466/anequina-dragon-killer-achievement

I'm up to 5 according to the in-game stats, but it still hasn't triggered. Apparently I'm not the only one to have issues with this. I'm now wondering if it only accounts if you pick up the daily mission to kill a dragon?
