Hello,
Deadly strikes has 5pc bonus of:
(5 items) Increase the damage your damage over time and channeled attacks do by 15%.
If I use a staff with a flame enchantment, the burning status lasts for 4 seconds - does Deadly Strike also add 15% to it? It is a DoT right?
