The correct name Arfire follows typical altmer naming conventions. ''-fire'' is a typical altmer name suffix.
Arfeuer is likely a mistake by the translator thinking that the -fire suffix was the english word fire, like a flame, and not an altmer name suffix, and thus translated the name as Arfeuer instead of not needing to translate anything at all.
