Bug Zerith-Var keeps getting me charged for assault.
When Z-V's spell strands of the latice explodes on release, if an innocent is in range, and "prevent attacking innocents" is toggled on, they still take damage cauaing a 1200 gold bounty and a Z-V negative rapport for crime being seen.

Don't have video but it's happened twice now.
Edit more information: both occurrences happened coming out of a "other world" quest. The second happened coning out of the Ash'abah initiation there's a tribe member right there so if Strands is cast with the right timing to release as you come out it gets him.
