Where is the Ichor Sea in Apocrypha?

I enjoy searching for skyshards just using the hints rather than having the map literally tell me where they all are. However, this one in Apocrypha has me stumped because I don't know where the Ichor Sea is. I know it's related to where Mythos is, but that also seems to be a movable location. I can't even remember where Leramil opened the portal to Mythos at. So any help on the location of the Ichor Sea, please?
