Tribute: are Bandari trading post and Mournhold in the dailies rotation?

I don't think I've ever been sent to play tribute at the Bandari Trading Post or in Mournhold by the dailies. Was just wondering if they were actually included in the dailies.
Also, would be lovely to be able to play in slightly more visually interesting locations than inside pubs, like on a terrace in Hews Bane or somewhere outside in Murkmire. Endless trips to pubs in Shadowfen and Rivenspire can get a bit dull.
