Why can you NOT do something about Hammer exploits?

Player grabs it runs after ONE DC and doesn't even kill ONE player with it. Says in zone chat "he's just bad". CP 3300 plus. WHY can't you punish just ONE player? Just this ONE. it ruins the game for others. [snip]

Really, if you can't do anything about this just remove the hammer from the game.

I baited this player into speaking in zone chat so I could get the screenie. "I was having fun with hammer, I am just that bad:P". DC is already 10k ahead in the campaign. Why do you let ONE player ruin it for an entire faction? You can find the player name in my report. If you refuse to do anything about such activity, you need to just get rid of the hammer. You have no honor left in this game. NONE. Punish this ONE player and others won't do it.

Usually, this is hard to pinpoint. But here you have the offending player. Evidence. "having fun" by NOT killing a single enemy player (and chasing one) and giving the hammer away. WHY let ONE player "have fun" at the expense of an entire faction.

ZOS: You know I'm right on this. Do something. You have the evidence, act on it. Go back and LOOK at the situation. ONE player running into a zerg of 30 enemy players. Chasing one player not attacking that led them to the zerg. DO SOMETHING. Look at my report and time 11:30 EST GH Campaign near Aleswell farm with the hammer. Can't be that hard to find this and examine.
