Looking for a Guild with people who don't mind teaching me the game

Title may be a bit misleading as I'm CP418 as of writing this but I've been playing the game on and off for years now and the only reason I end up doing that is because I have no clue what I'm supposed to be aiming for and little to no confidence in my gameplay. I know what I'm calling the bare minimum about ESO and it's game systems and I think it's time I joined a guild preferably with an active Discord with people that wouldn't mind talking over voip to help make me more knowledgeable.

I have 2 level 50 characters at the moment:
Khajiit Stamsorc | DPS
Orcish DK | Tank

There is a guild finder in game. I've had really good luck finding guilds that suit my interests using the guild finder tool.
