Guild bank bugged

There are people in my guild who have permission to view the guild bank but are unable to do so. I have even changed permissions to allow withdraw and they still could not view. If something broken I dont know about> Or has anyone else ran into this problem?

✭✭✭✭✭Ask them if they're in gamepad mode.
If so, tell them to switch to keyboard mode. It *should* allow them to view the contents even in gamepad mode as long as they have permission to withdraw (which is in no way a genuine solution). Either way, I'd submit a bug report on the issue. If it's the gamepad mode thing, it's been going on for years.
