Where can I enter the Earth Furnace of the Fighter Guild

The Earth Forge can be accessed by going to the Bangkorai/Reaper's March/The Rift's Fighter's Guild (depending on your faction).

I think you may have had to finish the fighters guild quest and there should be a portal in the guild.
