Shadow Queen's Cowl appreciation

I just tonight decided to get the leads for this. They weren't too bad to get– most of them being solo content with the exception of the penumbral oil. However, I appreciate that the lead from Moongrave drops from seemingly ANY boss. That meant I could go through Moongrave solo with a companion and still expect to get the lead without having to try beating the entire dungeon.

All that being said, I really like this item. The concept is neat and I didn't think it would show up in a game like ESO. Very fun for adding stealth identity to our characters.

I have it too but I haven't kitted out my nb with it yet to go thieving. Any ideas on a cutpurse build?

Usually on my nightblade I prioritize speed gear over everything else. I don't even use the cowl for them. If you can outrun guards every time, you don't have to worry about being spotted. I get a huge bounty, fence the items, then log off haha.

On my main sorcerer character though who I don't want getting a giant bounty... I use stage 4 vampire for the invisibility and run darlocs and nightmothers embrace with the cowl. Probably works best as a Khajiit for the pickpocket passive. I don't think anything else actually improves your pickpocket ability outside of legerdemain and kitty paws.
