This is a different recipe. It is much more common than the one from BGs.
It is but they were asking what the cyrodiil recipe looked like. It is a component of making the final recipe so semi-relevant.
To keep from going too far off topic, I've been trying on and off for the Chef's Thesis for years and haven't seen one drop ever. Nobody in my friend group has either and one of them was in a dedicated battlegrounds guild when he still played. I have pretty much every f2p style, recipe, furnishing plan, and cosmetic in the game except the White-Gold War Torte and it's definitely not from lack of trying. I'm ok with rare/priceless items but the droprate is lower than any other priceless item and most of those also had their droprate bumped up in the past so they're no longer as rare as they used to be so I always found it odd this is the last holdout on that.

AkashaVow✭✭Hi, im just checking in from XBOX NA - Ive got two since the last Mid-year Mayhem. A friend got one, too. I likely have the most bgs played on console, and had only heard of 2 or 3 ever dropping since it came out 5 years ago or whenever. Now, like I said, ive seen 3 in the last 6 months, so I do suspect an increased drop rate has been implemented.

✭✭✭✭✭Good to know, I hope the price eventually goes down enough for me to purchase one for my main character. I think I’ve done all the BGs I can stand for a lifetime and I know I will have to pay for someone else’s pain or even time if they actually enjoy that.
