Getting Kicked from PvP - please explain

Ok, I get it you have server issue.
But when I am in Cyrodiil, over and over, at a busy fight, I get kicked out. Waiting 20 minutes - un reasonable.
Is it on my end, NO.
And you have logs, so you can see what happened.
Can you explain what is going on?
And what you plan to do about it?

Yes, I have logged tickets, and nothing makes a difference. in 2025, I find it difficult to image in it is my connection or my computer.

Help!
(please don't ask me to log a ticket)
Please explain the issues you are having, and what is needed to fix it. If it is money, fine. I get it ....say so.

If you play on wifi setting a static ip helped this a lot for me

I disconnected about 5 times yesterday, lost count after a while. Gray Host, PC-EU.

Connection is wired, I was the only one using the network, and the only other traffic was a 240p youtube stream in the background for audio.

Riding around I get 65-120ms ping. As soon as I approach a large fight I'll see other players freeze for a couple of seconds before everything starts moving again. Ping will go 999+, and taking a few steps further will always disconnect me. If I hide behind a corner of the keep with no players in sight pings go back to 65-120.

I started creating support tickets again every time this happens, maybe 2025 will be the year when zos realizes there's a reason the PvP audience is getting a bit grumpy...

This is a feature of Gray host. Blackreach is better but only really is worthwhile during prime time Friday and Saturday if you want larger more balanced fights.

That said the level of crashing you’re seeing does seem abnormally high. I tend to get 0-2 crashes in GH in a 2-3 hour period of play (evenings PC/NA). Hammer lag included.

We used to joke about this but resetting your router can actually help in some cases.

ZOS, can you at least give me the option to go back to PVE? Or rez me back to a safe area?

PC NA gray host running really terrible past couple of days, worse than "normal" for me as well.
