Last resort to help an elderly friend

I'm using the forum as a last resort for help I have an elderly friend (71 years old) who has played this game for many years Today, when he went to log in, he received a message that his account had been deactivated for violating the game's code of conduct. Now comes the story, he just likes farming, every time he enters the game it's just to collect resources and move around the map. I believe that the game's anti-cheat system identified him as a farm bot, even though he has a high cp level, etc. I would like to ask for help because he is elderly and not very familiar with emails and cannot request a review of the ban

    You can try to do that. Not sure how customer service will handle that. But you can place the ticket and I can pass the ticket number along.

    Hmm maybe the "account recovery" process could help here?

    Since you don't actually have to be logged into his account to create a ticket using that system. I imagine there might be issues with customer service being unwilling to communicate with someone who isn't the account owner, but maybe at least that way a ticket could be generated to get things started.
