Lost two Mirrormoor Crates after exiting before revealing cards

I bought a 25-pack (the repeatable version, after having bought the one-time version with the polymorph already) of Mirrormoor crates, and once I was down to 14 crates, hit E to open the next crate and got 4 cards dealt, BUT BEFORE REVEALING THEM, I accidentally hit Alt to exit the interface. I entered back in to the Crate Opening interface and it said I was down to 13 crates, despite not having actually gotten anything from the unrevealed crate.

Then before revealing those 4 cards, I accidentally hit Alt again (ugh), and lost that crate too, as it was down to 12 crates left at that point. There had been no additional items added to my inventory, Crown Gems added to my total, or new items to my Collections that I could tell at that point, other than what I'd already gotten before getting to the unrevealed cards/crates that I apparently lost.

I went ahead and successfully opened the remaining 12 crates in the pack, but it seems like I just lost those two crates in the middle that I Alted out of before revealling the cards there? Is there a way to fix this?

This happened about 11:30 or 11:40 PM CST on today, Saturday 12/28/2024, PC-NA.

Wasn't "revealing" always just a UI thing? You're already got the rolls and the items are in your collection/inventory most probably after closing the UI, you just don't know what it was for a reference.

That would be great if that's the case, but I didn't get any additional Crown Gems or new Collection notifications between the crate before those two and the crate after those two.

There's long-been a UI bug with crates where you can seem to "lose" them but really they're being opened and you're getting the items from them and the UI is just skipping that part. Any collectables should be in your collections and any trash items should be available in the "decon for gems" interface.

Now if that's not what happened, I'd suggest putting in a ticket.

CS got back to me and confirmed what @valenwood_vegan said earlier. Not only that, they listed what I got from those two crates. Shout out to the guy who answered my ticket, it was very helpful to me for him to list exactly what I got from the seemingly "missing" crates.

Glad you got it resolved! That bug has been around for as long as I've been playing, it's not a good feeling when you pay for crates and they seem to go "poof" lol.
