Battlegrounds Enormous Queue Times

As a healer, my contribution is being misrepresented by the critical heal medals. The only explanation I have for why my queue times are so much longer than normal is because they are inflating my MMR to the point of keeping me out of matches entirely.

Critical heal medals:

• Chaos Mender (Chaosball)
• Critical Heal (Deathmatch)
• Blessed Assistance (Crazy King and Domination)
• Critical Healer (Capture the Relic)

All of these are basically the same thing with different names. With the changes to Battlegrounds (7 people to heal, 3 chaosballs, etc...) it has become necessary to reduce the points these medals are giving out from 100 to 20. This simple change would have the following effects:

• Reduced queue times.
• More accurate MMR, leading to more balanced matches.
• Damage dealers would be able to compete against healers in the leaderboards.
