Has Anyone Seen Santa Orc? [PC-NA]

There is a player on PC-NA who dresses up as Santa and goes around every year on either Christmas Day or Boxing Day handing out goodies, typically furnishings, to newer players. While I'm too high a level to benefit now, I like to cheer him on because it's a seriously cool community thing.

But I haven't seen him yet this year. I'm wondering if anyone else has or if I'm just too early.

    I don't know if it's the same group but every year I see someone go around in discords saying when and where a Santa (and helpers) are; they were around this year as well.

    I didn't see it in any of the Discords I'm in or in-game, sadly.
    Searching the discords I'm in isn't bringing it up either.
