Glyph with oko rune writ not having quest markers (ps5 servers)

I noticed today that whenever I need to do an enchanting writ and it needs to use an oko rune the quest markers don't appear. Unfortunately this has led me to shift through all my runes to find them the slow way. Not sure why that is occurring right now.
