Where can I learn more about this upcoming patch?
These are features I loved in every other TES game and I'm dying to learn all I can about what/when/how Zenimax plans to incorporate these things into the game.

We have no idea - we have heard it will be one of the first patches to the game though.

I keep hearing "we have heard" but I haven't seen any official statements. How do you know this will actually happen?

When people say 'we've heard' it usually refers to a video quote or part of an AMA.
But I understand you don't listen to forumers as infallible - good choice.
