[PC/NA] Constant Game Freezes

I have. But the specific freezing/rubberbanding issue being shown in multiple videos within this thread did not start happening to me until the server outage a couple weeks ago. Same is true for multiple other people I've spoken to. Since that outage, instances like those shown in the OP have been happening on a nightly basis every time I've tried to play, essentially making the game unplayable.

I'm sure that there have been other performance factors causing problems for quite some time, like those gone over in that thread. This specific issue seems to have become very widespread with the recent outage. Hoping we see this addressed by a member of the team ASAP.

That's fair enough I suppose. My own experience has been this exact issue has been ongoing since, what, April? May? I forget lol. There have also been videos posted in the aforementioned thread showing this too. So, my guess would be there is an exacerbation of an already existing issue that is becoming more wide spread. But that's total spitballing at this point. I'm probably not going to keep tabs on both threads unless this one also somehow gets to an obscene length because as I said, for me anyway, these are the exact same issues. But good luck to you all the same.

We definitely need further clarification from ZOS. Are these performance issues separate or related? Is it possible that it’s a particular database shard that’s causing these issues, and more players are now accessing that particular shard after the outage? The performance issues experienced by players in both cases are identical — just the time of onset is different. One group started experiencing this problem after a specific patch in May, others started experiencing it after the power outage. Two clearly defined points in time to work with and troubleshoot.

this is an indication your settings are too high for your PC as well, it shouldn't be freezing your PC to the point you have to reboot it manually... This kind of thing has never happened to me with any game.

This only started happening when eso had it's big oops a few weeks back. Others I know are going though same thing
