Cancelled my Plus Membership Why am i still being charged!? <SOLVED>

Cancelled my plus membership on 11/20/24 and got the email saying it was cancelled and i'd not be charged again. Got another email on Dec 2 stating my membership payment is complete.

    There were old billing emails from last month that some of you received on December 2, which were due to an outbound communications error in our billing and account management system following a maintenance on the same day. No one was actually charged in conjunction with these old billing notice emails, and the issue has since been resolved.

    Hope this clears up any confusion.

    @ZOS_Lunar Is there any chance that the challenges today are causing this to be an issue again? Just got an email welcoming me to ESO Plus, but my subscription isn't due to renew until February. I'm not seeing any changes at this time. Xbox NA

    Very possible! As this is an on-going issue, we don't currently have that info, but will pass this along to the team.

    It said I cancelled my ESO+ today but I did not do this, as it showed on the 2nd with payment that went through for this month abruptly cut out only two weeks in? System error/issues, likely.

    I have the same problem; access cut off today after yearly sub renewed on 12/9.
