Does Cavaliers Charge buff group members in its circle?

Does this script only buff your damage in banners circle, or full group? Second, does it use your speed stat for all, or individuals speed stats respectively?

✭The best way to test this would be to hop on PTS and make a template character with a friend.
If I had to assume though, seeing how it’s a radius ability, and with a massive penalty, it should be buffing your entire group with the whole thing, and I would assume based off of your speed.0 -

✭As far as I know, Cavaliers Charge is providing a fixed amount of WD to every identified ally in the circle.
It could be that you have to be grouped for it to work properly.
It was heavily bugged at the launch of U44 and has been addressed in the incremental patch of November 25th.
