30-minute BG penalty bug

Crashed twice trying to get into BGs today. First crash gave me a 15- minute penalty, and now I have a 30- minute penalty. This is rediculous! The penalties should NOT ramp up. (Image 10 minutes after coming back from an internet crash after trying to fix the bug)
