Was there a change to the Cyrodiil tutorial for Continuous Attack?

I just started a new character, and I tried to do the usual tutorial in Cyrodiil and talked to the same people and never received the training questline. I didn't hit skip. I remember saying What if I don't need training, and that was the only option. There were no more people to talk to. So I popped a exp scroll and a War Torte and did the Sheogorath line and nothing, so I'm doing some scouting missions and it's barely increasing. Is there any else I can do to just get to 3 in Continuous Attack?

There wasn't a change. I did the questline on a new character just yesterday.

After talking to the initial bloke, you should be given 2 options:

    - Using the Transitus Stone to travel to the other location to talk to someone (DO THIS OPTION)
    - Talk to the General (DON'T DO THIS)

Sometimes you can enter in at the second location instead and you just have to use the Transitus Stone and then go to the Siege Range (You will still be given an option to talk to the general to skip the line. DO NOT DO THIS. Only speak with the general after visiting the Elder Scroll)

If you've already unlocked the repeatable missions, it seems you talked to the general and skipped the questline.

As far as options to get Continuous Attack, queue for a random Battleground. The bonuses from the reward should give you enough to obtain Continuous Attack in just a single game (Win or lose). As an aside, if you decide to to a BG, make sure to go and pick up the For Glory! quest from a major city and talk to the Battlemaster first. Since this quest requires you to play a BG, it will give you some extra reward (And remove the annoying quest marker from all the fliers dotted around cities that provide the quest)

Thanks Taril!! Yeah, I guess I guess I talked to the wrong person. I didn't think I did. Certainly quests didn't pop. Thanks, I will remember this for next time!
