New Essential Housing Tools images

Dear friends,

I have been working for the past year or so working on some new images for the essential housing tools addon.

I originally started doing this due to not being able to find specific furnishing items and also to include some of my own photos to use as paintings, and continued from there onwards.

My eventual aim is to put this up on the ESOUI website as an addon that will update the stock EHT addon, but before I do that, I would like to see if anyone would be interested in this and it would be of use? All the images are either my own work or pulled from public domain art sites and therefore no breach of copyright.

I have always wanted new images in the EHT addon. I would use them.
Ideas:

- All sorts of 'neon', sci-fi, space or futuristic panels (neon signage, script for text, lighting)
- Panels that match existing base game walls, such as the walls inside the Thieves Oasis (stucco and the like, although we are getting more plain wall structures), brick, masonry, rock walls
- GRASS!! Just plain old grass to cover the ground.
- Dirt that looks like dirt (for planter pots, etc)

This was just my immediate thoughts; I can have more given enough time

Dirt that fits inside different pots would be great.

Any VFX that looks like water. Would be great for buckets, cups, our "from-scratch" tubs, etc.
