[PC] Can't revive using E key

Today I've ran into a lot of problems when dying and trying to revive; both in PvP and in PvE (Dungeons mostly).
I've searched online for a solution, and the only thing I've found was people having the same issue few years ago.
I apologise for necroposting.
After dying the Revive (bound to E key) doesn't work.
Recap (T) works normally.
What's curious is that the E key works perfectly fine in chat.
Every time it happened I had to inform the rest of the group that "I cannot revive" which I could type without any issues.
Unfortunately, I cannot provide a lot of reproduction steps other than "just play and die".
I can play for hours without the bug occuring, do some Trial that goes wrong multiple times and revive with no issues.
Then I can do PvP on one character and have this issue occuring, abandon the team and swallow the deserter for 30 minutes, hop on to another character to do Dungeons, and have the same issue.
I did indeed tried to unify my key bidings among all characters should I notice they are on default.
So perhaps one of the steps could be to change key bidings then dying.
My Key bindings are as follows:
Primary Action - F
Secondary Action - R
Thertiary action - E
What I was doing when it occured:
Just playing as usual. Nothing suspicious, no quests, just PvP and Dungeons.
Changed key bindings during gameplay hours prior might cause this but
Which characters:
The problem occured on 3 separate characters out of 11. I don't really think it's character related tho.
Operating system:
Windows 10, 64-bit
Playing through Steam.
Do I use wireless keyboard?
No. Plain old keyboard with USB cable. The E key worked normally everywhere else.
I'm looking for some insight to this.
I'll try to answer questions that may come.

Marronsuisse✭✭✭✭I've found that both the "action" and the "dialog action" keybinds have to match.
For example, I had my primary/secondary/tertiary action keybinds as F, R, E.
But my primary dialog/secondary dialog/tertiary dialog keybinds were E, R, F.
I couldn't revive or do certain other actions until I changed the dialog keybinds to be F, R, E as well.
Might be your problem, might be something else. Thought I'd mention it
