    Hello!

    Could you try and disable all firewalls and anti virus program(s) running, and then proceed to run the launcher in administrator mode?

    Hi Highway. Thanks for your reply.

    Already did it.

    Sorry it didn't work! could you try and get a dxdiag file for me to read?
    Also how exactly doesn't it download? do the launcher crash, or does it just never start the process?

    In some cases you have a corrupt file and need to repair it, which you should totally try! remember to do it in administrator mode!

    @SniperOEM Something you can try is forwarding your ports as there seems to be something blocking your connection as you said you were receiving timeouts.

    To best access The Elder Scrolls Online, try configuring your router to open the following outbound ports via TCP and UDP:
    •Ports 24100 through 24131
    •Ports 24500 through 24507

    Thanks both for the replys.

    @Highway‌ The launcher open and just stay in the same way like the screenshot. dxdiag attached.

    @ZOS_RobertM‌ Nothing. But thanks.

    But I think the problem still on the log posted before. The launcher just can't get any response. But the wierd part is... before the 1.0.1 it worked. After that, this annoying thing started to happen.

    Hey again!

    Could you run the dxdiag in 64bit mode? half of what should've been shown wasn't because it scanned only your 32bit files.

    Also i had another look at the first log you added, and it seems that it's something in your files that fails to load up, as you may have noticed in it.

    Could you try and check where your launcher is set to download to? if you can that is.

    Otherwise could you try and delete the following file;
    - MinSpecDetectionInterop.dll -

    It may help fix the issue by itself, or you may have to run the repair tool.
    If your launcher is completely broken, download a new installer.exe, and run the repair option there!

    the reason why i'm thinking it's this file, is it seems to be the one that's failing to load, and it reattempts to load it again and again.

    @Highway‌

    Thanks a lot for your help. I already have "redownloaded" the install program at least 7 times. I'm trying to fix it for 3 days.

    Deleting the .dll did not worked.

    I'm very disappointed with the game and support. I only got 2 email with a lot of "The server are now up, you can login now". They didn't read anything I have sent... Since beta, the support was deficient. I should've have seen this coming.

    I will just get a refund before it get worse. "Thanks God" the guys from Nuuvem have a wonderful support.

    Thanks all and good luck.

    I had exactly the same thing...working fine and dandy until the 8.1 patch, and now it just cycles.

    Tried the (Lack of) Customer service department, and they sent me a message saying that it was resolved as I had logged on from a windows 7 machine temporarily. Nice work lads.

    Easy solution, subs cancelled until they get the bugs ironed out. They will get there eventually, but it just won't be within the time it takes for the first 30 days credit to run out.

    Hopefully in a couple of months they will have got a few things sorted, and then I will fire my subs up again as soon as I can play on the windows 8 machine.
