Gold.
I was willing to suck it up and slog through the even more greatly decreased XP gain, in my quest to 50 through PvP. But then I realized that the bounty quest was my only source of gold.
So if you want to buy a horse, you'll be forced to PvE.
Why can't they just make the quest accumulative and allow for you to turn in at any time and receive a reward based on the number of bounties saved up?
Or just put a quest turn in point inside all keeps?
These are such simple solutions to implement, Zenimax. And there is no reason not to, whatsoever, other than to purposefully lose your PvP focused players.
