Empty containers in trials

So many times I've encountered the bug where sometimes, when I join a trial, ALL loot containers will be empty. I get hs/chests but every barrel, crate, etc. is empty. The loot goblin in me is very sad.

Here is what I know:

• I have tried turning off all my addins (+reload UI) before porting in, and the bug still happened (in SE)
• It often affects a couple of us in group, not just me
• I've tried leaving group and coming back in, same issue
• The whole group has tried porting out and resetting the instance and it's still empty for those affected
• Typically I've noticed this in DSR, KA, SE, so disappointing when I join a long loot-filled trial that I can't loot

Please fix this
