Glemyos Wildhorn WB

Just now I was fighting the Glemyos Wildhorn WB with several other players. The boss spread his arms to summon some adds. I turned around and saw an indrik, so I attacked it and it died. Then I realized that it was one of the firey indriks that sweep across the boss's area in a line, and that by killing one of those indriks I had made a rather sizable gap in the line. I'm not sure, but I think the one I killed may have been on one side of the smallish gap that you need to use to escape death.

When the line of indriks appeared again, I ran over to see if I could kill one of them, to test if it had just been some kind of fluke, but I wasn't fast enough to kill it before the line of indriks started to move, so I died.

Does anyone know if this is actually a thing? Is it possible to kill one of the fiery indriks before the line starts to move, in order to create a large(r) gap in the line?

It's the same like in Depths of Malatar, you can kill one of the yellow Indriks to make hole in the wall. The invulnerable phase is when boss is t-posing while 2 green Indriks are on the field that you need to kill for the phase to end. Lightwall happens on timer I think, the t-posing is on hp.

Either aim for the open spot with no Indrik or, if fast or close enough, you can dive outside of the whole line either left or right.

I don' t know that I've ever seen it spawn with a gap in the wall. So I usually make a hole by killing one of the Indriks.

Yes, I always look for that gap and try to get through it, although I don't always make it.

But when the boss was spawning the indriks, I happened to turn around, saw one right behind me, instinctively attacked it, and only after it died did I realize that it was one of the fiery indriks and that I'd just made the gap wider than usual.

The boss was still in the T-pose, as @robpr called it, so I guess I just lucked out by being in the right place at the right time to kill one of the fiery indriks. I probably couldn't repeat it again in a million years, at least not with my StamSorc 2H-melee main. An OP player using a destruction staff might be able to take one out, though.

theres a line of like 6-8 indriks, sometimes it makes one of the "end cap" indriks the hole, as such it appears that there is no hole
