hello, so my eso+ was renewed today, but to my surprise, it seems to have renewed it twice, and thats not something i okayed or can afford this month
Hail fishers of Tamriel! Tired of herring about these boring guilds? Ever thought of reely getting the Master Angler achievement but find it too tedious to tackle it alone, or just wanting to fish for the heck of it? Well stay shark cause <Angler Management> is now recruiting fellow fishers! (PC EU) PM in game for an invite

I have two account with ESO+ and both seem to have been sending a confirmation mail twice with different order number. Looking in Billing information on each account it looks like both account have not sent any payment confirmation through email last month and now on the 2nd Dec it was sent so it looks like it is double while. Payment seem to be correct on bank account.

Maybe what you see is just last month confirmation that you have paid that happened to be sent the 2nd December or close to this date?

Check with your Billing information (look for account on top of this site) and order number on your email and look if you have actually been charged on your bank account twice. It is most likely that email for some reason have been delayed and now are catching up.

    Check your account billing history.
I have also received two emails yesterday when my eso sub renewed, but somehow the system sent me this time the email for the last month and the current month.

I was not billed twice, I just received for whatever reason 2 times the email.
