    What are they?

Another “skip week” although stealing things one is pretty easy, just tiresome.

**Complete 12 stages in the Infinite Archive** (230 Seals of Endeavor)
**Earn 1500 Tel Var Stones Through Kills and Rewards** (230 Seals of Endeavor)
**Steal 160 Items from the environment** (230 Seals of Endeavor)

    *Complete a maximum of 1*

1500 Telvar is something you can do in imperial sewers to avoid people.
12 stages in the Archive is Arc 1 and 1 extra cycle.

stealing 160 items seems fair for a weekly endeavour to me.

The archive endeavor is very easy, especially in duo (or solo with a tank companion). Takes like 30 minutes (less with a partner or if you have good dps). It's 12 stages, not 12 full arcs.

Yeah fair enough. Perhaps I was too hasty. I just don't have a lot of time this month to play and actually misread the stealing as pickpocketing :p

I hate the IA and I hate IC so I guess it's off to the Daggerfall docks.

I do think though that there has been a trend lately of endeavors being more "involved" than they have previously been. Kill 50 WB's instead of 20. Complete two Trials for a daily. Complete two Heists/Black Sacraments for a daily instead of just the one etc.

I mean, I was complaining about the 50 wb's one too on the other thread... but these seem pretty normal for weeklies?

I just finished the stealing one in like ten minutes with one container looting trip half-way around necrom.

The IA one requires one completion of Arc 1, plus two more stages (if arc 2 is too difficult, can also reset and start over again).

I don't really pvp, so I don't have something insightful to say about 1500 tel var, but I didn't have even do or think about that one.

I guess it's not clear if the complaint was the difficulty or the activities themselves, but I see no issue either way.

EDIT to add: Saw the OP's comment about not having a lot of time to play this month after I posted - and that's fair too. I hope zos will give us some nice simple endeavors over the holidays especially.

Stealing 160 items is a piece of cake. Just go to Rawl'kha and head into the inn. Head upstairs, kill the man and the kajiti woman, and steal away. The outlaw refuge is only a few seconds away: rinse and repeat. It'll probably take 10 minutes in total.

    For me, it's the disparity.

Earning 1,500 TV is child's play even if you're taken out by some unkind NB a couple of times.

12 stages of IA will always take far, far longer - way more effort.

Actually the two boats docked in Daggerfall are much easier. No need to crouch or kill anyone, just avoid the lady out on deck.

IA is just mindless grinding. I am happily avoiding it.

Stealing things from the environment is easy if you know where to go. No witnesses, not even a need to crouch, if you know the right place.

15-20 minutes to do 12 stages is nothing and almost zero effort. Even less effort if all you do is reset the first 2 stages over and over again.

fastest of these is probably 1500 tel var, thats maybe 10-15 min tops in the sewers

next ideal one is probably the archive one as that would take at most like half an hour

Well, I did todays daily endeavor "steal 3 items of blue quality or better". By the time I had three blue ones (with Azandar as a companion), I had stolen 155 items.... So I finished the weekly early this week.

For a weekly endeavor, completing 12 stages of the Infinite Archive almost seems too trivial. :)

I'll be doing the Tel Var endeavor myself, and it definitely seems very trivial to me. In general, it seems like Tel Var endeavors always ask for very low numbers as compared to Alliance Point endeavors. I know they definitely don't have a 1:1 equivalency with each other, but the quantity of Alliance Points that the endeavors ask us to earn usually seems more reasonable to me than the incredibly trivial quantity of Tel Var that's asked for. That could just be my perception, since Alliance Points are more challenging for me to earn than Tel Var stones are, but I suspect that the lower target number for Tel Var endeavors may also be in recognition of how much a lot of players dislike the Imperial City. Giving us easier endeavors for Tel Var might be some kind of hoped inducement to attract more players there, although I might just be overthinking things! :)

I got the 3 blue items endeavor done lickety-split in Vvardenfell by pickpocketing a certain NPC who hangs around the crafting area. I even got a golden furnishing from him (a skull), which is not the first time he's dropped one of those. And I got a purple crafting motif page as well. He's my go-to target for pickpocketing whenever one of these endeavors comes up-- unless the conditions of the endeavor don't allow pickpocketing, in which case it's time to go hunting for Thieves Troves, since those are usually good drop sources for blue stealables (in the form of treasure maps).

I think all three options this week are easy and not too grindy. You can go around town and loot all the containers, and it will quickly add up. For the telvar, one loop route near an alliance base is around 2k, and that's really fast as well. For IA, you can knock out arc 1 in less than 30 minutes, half that for some players, and you get archival fortunes in the process, so I think all options are decent and reasonable, time-wise.

Stealing one is easy enough for any player that this is super achievable. Opening unguarded containers is like non-active gameplay.

Reminder for the Imperial City--you just need to EARN 1500 Tel Var, not KEEP it lol, so no issue if you die. So it's probabyl pretty fast to leave the base with 100 Tel Var (to double your Tel Var drops), kill some enemies in the sewers, and if you die, you continue where you left off. As long as you go in on a PvE char and expect to die, it might not be so bad. I usually die on purpose just for the free port back to base. Sometimes it's hard finding someone to kill me when people are focused on killing mobs or think I'm after them and run away lol.

Just under actually. It's 3 stages per cycle as the boss encounter is a Stage too. After the 4th cycle of Arc 1 it'll be complete.

when the endeavor says "12 stages" it only counts the trash mob stages, not the boss stages

so its only 8 stages per arc in relation to what the endeavor is counting

Just tested and yep, I was mistaken. Though it'd be 10 stages per arc if it only counts the trash mob stages.
