High Isles world bosses Ascendant Order Fanatics don't always count as being killed for the daily

This used to be a bug when High Isles was released, but for some reason it still seems to exist.

After killing the bosses, their corpses could be looted and even gave the double stickerbook items, but the daily quest did not register them as being killed. This does not always seem to be the case since the daily quest could be completed on a different character / account only recently.

I had that happen to me the other night-- freed the captives, helped kill the bosses, was not in a group at the time, got credit in the quest tracker for freeing the captives, and was able to loot the corpses of the bosses, but the quest tracker said I needed to kill the bosses.

I waited with a large number of other players for the bosses to respawn, but they wouldn't respawn, so I left to do one of the other dailies, then returned to find the bosses respawned. When I helped kill the bosses a second time, the quest tracker gave me credit and I was able to turn in the completed quest.

Logging out and reloading the character seemed to help. Since there were completely different players around, my character must have loaded into a different map and on the second attempt killing the bosses counted for the quest.

Nevertheless this is a bug that I remember from the days of the High Isle release so there should have been plenty of time to fix it.

This happened to me as well tonight PC NA. Gave up waiting for respawn after 29 minutes. I relogged once but came back to the same instance, same crowd, still no respawn. Oh well, I got my tickets already so not going to bother. .
