Why does ESO not have a Streamer Mode?

I like to stream the game on Twitch for my friends across the seas or country. As most ESO players do, I swap between characters and utilize my menu often to look at my guilds or my group. While doing so, there are random people who join the stream, which i have no problem with, until:

recently, there had been a number of people, whom i don't know, that will send me friend requests on PSN because they've seen it on my stream. I've changed my settings on PSN so they can't message me or send me invites because of the amount i would receive from these random people that saw me from stream. i changed my stream settings to emote only, etc. all the precautions.

it's just kind of bothersome to go through all of that when i can just hide my PSN username, which i don't see the option for in ESO settings, unless I'm mistaken?

I'd still like to let my friends comment on stream and talk to me / each other, and let other randoms do the same, but since my PSN username is visible on stream combined with the spam of friend requests, game invites, party invites etc. before having to change my privacy settings, i'm discouraged to do so.

@ZOS_Kevin @ZOS_GinaBruno Is there a reason why we cannot hide our usernames with our character names? In the sense of every text that shows username, like the group, guild, bottom corner of our character select, etc. I'd like to have the option for myself while showing my screen publicly, like Twitch, I don't really mind hiding it from other players in game.
