Missing Tickets

When I logged into my PC NA account @Aireal I had 12/12 tickets this am... but the Impressario was missing so I went and did some Antiquities. As I finished up a dig, a guild mate said that the Impressario was fixed, so I went to get the house piece but I had 0/12 tickets. I reloaded UI and then logged out to see if it was just a glitch, logged in on a different character, still 0/12.. logged out, went to my EU @Aireal and had 12/12, but left it for now.
I did High Isle quests for the tickets/coffers, but don't want to turn them in just yet with the other tickets missing.
I did make an in-game help inquiry.
