[BUG] "CLAIM REWARD" Prompt for Golden Pursuits Doesn't Vanish

As the title says, I played ESO last night and completed 2/4 of the objectives, claiming the halfway mark reward. It's icon then has a check over it to show that I've claimed it, and backed out to continue on my way, but...
The prompt does not disappear from the bottom center of my screen. "Claim Reward" with the button prompt remains no matter how many times I hold the options button to make it realize I've already claimed it.
I'd hit it again thinking maybe I forgot another reward (?). but the only other options for me to click on is (O) to back out and preview the costume 4/4 reward.
I'm not sure if this has been brought up in another thread discussion. The only way I can get this off my screen is by logging out to the character menu and loading back in on the same character.
