Stanglers' Health in Malabal Tor

Hi,
Yes this is an extremely niche topic of extremely low importance, but I noticed all the Stranglers in Malabal Tor do not have ~60,4k health anymore, but ~57,5k health. Even unique Stranglers such as Gentle-Blossom have changed to ~57,5k health.
I mean I like this change as it is ever so slightly easier to kill those pests, but is this change intented ?
