Most AOE and ground effects of allies not visible on Xbox Series X

This has been a thing as long as I remember, but I can't believe it a design choice, so reporting it as a bug. Generally, when my allies cast any buffs or debuffs on the ground I simply can't see them. Other effects also aren't visible. It's very annoying because in combat I often do not know where to position myself since these skills aren't seen.
