I hope admitting they have not read and/or understood the TOS doesn't get the users it concerns into trouble - because that's literally what you confirm by accepting the terms. As if someone was strict the confirmation could be considered as void, with all the consequences that brings. Just saying.

The only thing I stated, meant as a friendly hint, was that it might not be a good idea to click "I have read and understood..." and then openly say that you (general you) have not read and understood - because that could be seen as revoking, at least in some places. That's all.
